How do I get started?

Getting started involves three simple steps:

1. Complete your online intake and health questionnaire

2. Purchase a treatment plan and complete the required diagnostics through on of our accredited pathology providers

3. Attend a medical consultation to review results and determine next stepsAll treatment recommendations are guided by your diagnostics and clinical assessment with an independant healthcare professional.

Do I need blood tests to get started?

Yes. Diagnostics are required before treatment is considered. This ensures recommendations are evidence based, clinically appropriate and personalised to you.We may accept existing pathology results completed within the past 90 days, depending on the markers tested and clinical relevance.

Can I work on multiple health goals at the same time?

Yes. Because Get Limitless is diagnostic first, multiple health goals can be assessed together to find your best solution. Your care plan is built around your goal and your biomarkers provide clinical context allowing a holistic approach rather than a single program.

Blood Tests and Diagnostics

How are blood tests done?

Once you get started, we arrange pathology through accredited Australian providers at over 4,000 partner locations nationwide. You will receive clear instructions on where and how to complete your blood tests at a location convenient to you.

Where can I get my blood tests done?

Blood tests are completed at partnered pathology collection centres across Australia. You can choose a location close to home or work.

How long do blood test results take?

Most blood test results are returned within 1 to 10 days, depending on the tests ordered. Once available, results are uploaded to your patient portal and our team will contact you to book your consultation.

What happens after my blood tests are completed?

Once your results are ready:they are uploaded to your patient portala medical consultation is scheduledyour practitioner reviews results in the context of your goalsa personalised care plan is discussed

Consultations and Care

How long are consultations?

Initial medical consultations are 20 minutes. This allows time to review diagnostics, discuss symptoms and goals, and make informed clinical decisions.Follow up consultations may vary depending on clinical needs.

Who provides the medical care?

All consultations are conducted by qualified Australian medical practitioners who assess your results and determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate.

Do you offer hormone treatments?

Yes, where clinically appropriate. Hormone treatments are only considered following diagnostic review and consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.
