Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the Get Limitless Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders for products supplied via the Get Limitless platform.

1. Delivery Method

Products supplied through the Get Limitless Services are dispatched using express courier services by Get Limitless, our partner pharmacies, or authorised third-party fulfilment providers.

Delivery is available within Australia only. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.

Any delivery timeframes provided on the Platform, in confirmation emails, or via tracking notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including courier network delays, weather events, access issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

2. Tracking and Delivery Notifications

We provide shipment tracking information and delivery notifications to support delivery monitoring and management.

It is your responsibility to monitor tracking communications and make appropriate arrangements to receive and store your delivery.

3. Risk and Responsibility

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address nominated at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • ensuring delivery details are accurate and complete; and
  • being available to receive, promptly collect, and appropriately store products upon delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Limitless is not responsible for any loss, damage, deterioration, or spoilage of products occurring after delivery.

4. Cold-Chain and Temperature-Regulated Products

Certain products supplied through the Services are temperature-regulated and require cold-chain handling.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • temperature-regulated products must be refrigerated as soon as practicable upon delivery;
  • failure to promptly refrigerate or store products in accordance with provided instructions may render them unsafe, ineffective, or unusable; and
  • responsibility for correct storage transfers to you upon delivery.

Get Limitless is not liable for any loss, damage, spoilage, or reduction in efficacy resulting from delayed collection, failure to refrigerate, or improper storage after delivery.

5. Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise specified, deliveries may be made with authority to leave at the nominated address.

Where authority to leave applies:

  • delivery is deemed completed once the courier confirms delivery; and
  • you accept all associated risks, including theft, loss, or exposure to unsuitable temperatures after delivery.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, you must notify Get Limitless within three (3) days of the recorded delivery date to allow adequate assessment and review.

Upon notification, we will review the matter with our partner pharmacies and courier providers. Our objective is to support continuity of treatment and resolve delivery issues as promptly as reasonably possible.

Outcomes may include investigation, replacement, or alternative arrangements, determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee replacement or refund.

7. Uncollected, Returned or Compromised Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to the post office or courier depot. Delivery notices or communications may be left at the delivery address.

Where temperature-regulated products are returned, delayed, or exposed to conditions outside required temperature ranges:

  • products may be deemed unsuitable for use;
  • products may be destroyed once advised by Get Limitless, in consultation with our partner pharmacies; and
  • re-dispatch is not guaranteed.

Each case is assessed individually, taking into account safety, clinical considerations, and pharmacy guidance.
